Ian Meadows - Partner (Property and Commercial Litigation)
Ian graduated from Lancaster University with a degree in law before qualifying as a solicitor in 1997. Since then he has practiced mainly in and around Staffordshire and the West Midlands including a notable six years with Keelys LLP (Lichfield and London). Ian has considerable experience in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, advising individuals and a wide range of businesses involving proceedings in the County and High Courts as well as the Court of Appeal.
Ian has a particular interest in land and property litigation but also advises in company and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contractual disputes, corporate insolvency, professional negligence and debt recovery.
Ian prides himself on his pragmatic and straight forward approach, which he uses in an effort to seek an early, swift and cost effective resolution for his clients.
Ian is married with two young boys, but when they are not keeping him busy (which is most of the time) he enjoys shooting and fishing and when he can’t do these he enjoys rugby and tennis.
